This message is to notify changes to our billing practices starting 19 September 2022.

• All new patients will be charged $77-$125 private fees. Subsequent visits will be bulk billed
• If a patient hasn't seen any doctor within 12 months from his/her last visit, $77-$125 private fee will apply for the first visit and bulk billed from the subsequent visits.
• All procedures e.g., Iron infusion, Implanon insertion/removal, IUD insertion/removal, Skin Biopsy/Excision, Traumatic wound repair, Private Vaccinations, etc. will be charged privately. Gap fee applies for eligible healthcare card holders.

Please call us and speak to our receptionists about fees and charges.

Patients will continue to be bulk billed:

• Children under 16 years of age, pensioners, health care cardholders and disability support pensioners
• Vaccinations - COVID, Influenza and kids vaccination
• Patients with chronic diseases who are on a care plan for their disease management. This includes follow ups related to those management care plans
• Appointments made for follow up of investigation medical results
